Impact on Texas Owner-Operators Following Tropical Storm Alberto

For operators in Texas, Governor Greg Abbott has issued a state of emergency and temporarily lifted the requirements for limits on commercial driver’s hours of service. 

Additionally, the Texas Governor has also waived the oversize and overweight permitting requirements. For those delivering relief supplies to the affected areas, always be extra careful when operating around flooded areas.
