Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) is pleased to donate $6,000 to Chattanooga Young Life in support of the organization’s work helping area youth.
Young Life is a Christian ministry that reaches out to middle school, high school and college students in all 50 states and in more than 100 countries. Local chapter leaders organize clubs, bible studies, camps and other activities that introduce young people to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith, the Chattanooga Young Life website notes.
“Young Life leaders throughout our community meet youth where they are, and that is important. Young Life leaders have a heart for the Lord and for serving youth by joining them as a guiding force in their journey. Growing up in an always-on society with the constant pressure of peers, the media, and social media can be extremely difficult for kids and young adults. Young Life builds Christ-honoring relationships with youth, that can help them better navigate today’s struggles and make a life-long impact,” said Jeff Berger, chief information officer for TEL.
