This important bill includes: - A ban on booting and immobilizing commercial motor vehicles - A requirement that commercial cargo must be released promptly after a tow — preventing freight from being held hostage due to unrelated disputes ![TennesseeTowingLawChanges](https://news.tel360.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TennesseeTowingLawChanges.jpeg?width=945&height=643&name=TennesseeTowingLawChanges.jpeg) These provisions will protect truckers from predatory towing practices and keep freight moving efficiently across the state. A big thank you to Representatives Branson, Loftis, Schietzelt, and Hawkins for their leadership in making this happen.
